Travel & Meeting Details


Hotel accommodations

Hotel accommodations will be pre-arranged for all attendees at The Westin Dallas Southlake.

Simplicity's Events Team will share confirmation details with you prior to the event.

Each person is responsible for the cost of his/her hotel room.
The room rate per night is $235 (pre-tax).

Each person is responsible for booking his/her own air travel. 

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the closest airport.

Arrivals: Check-In begins at 1:00 PM on October 21st (Session 1) & October 22nd (Session 2). We recommend flying into DFW and arriving by 11:00 AM on the morning your session begins. 

Departures: Training will end at 12:15 PM on October 22nd (Session 1) and October 23rd (Session 2). 

Ground Transportation

Everyone is responsible for booking his/her own transportation to/from the airport. Uber or Lyft is the best way to get to/from DFW and The Westin.  Travel time between DFW Airport and The Westin is approximately 10 minutes.

What to bring

Meeting attire is business casual and meal attire is casual.  Meeting rooms can get chilly, so please bring a jacket for the training. You can bring a laptop or tablet to take notes though notebooks and pens will be provided.
